AUSTIN:

Registration Policy
Tuitions and fees are payable at the time of registration. If
a class is oversubscribed, it will say "backordered"; email or call us to be
placed on a waiting list. If a class is canceled, you will be notified approximately
1 week before class begins or sooner whenever possible, and tuition will be
refunded. Registered students desiring to withdraw from a class must do so no
later than 2 weeks before the first class, and will then be given a credit that
may be used for anything in our store (workshops or products), valid for 2 years.
For cancellations within 2 weeks of a class, consideration will only be given
for a medical or family emergency submitted in writing. There are no make-ups,
refunds or credits for missing a regularly scheduled class. Classes not held
due to bad weather or instructor absence will be rescheduled. Materials Fees
(if any) are due at the start of the workshop.
Studio & Materials Fees Fees vary by class. Studio fees cover the costs of consumables and use of equipment and are included in tuition. Materials fees are additional and cover the cost of supplies provided by the instructor and used by individuals for their in-class projects. Students may also be asked to bring tools and materials of their own to the workshops.

You may bring your own lunch and snacks to workshops if desired.
We also have healthy restaurants and a major grocery store nearby.
Accommodations
Students needing overnight accommodations may enjoy a variety of offerings in
the area from B&Bs, to very Austin funky hotels and chain hotels from budget
to elegant. For more of a budget rate, stay closer to I-35. A new, economical
hotel is coming to our zip code soon! :)
