Sari Silk Sliver - Goody

Multi-colored Mulberry silk fibers are 100% recycled fibers from the making of beautiful Indian Sari garments.
Some people call it roving, but it is more like a top/sliver as all the fibers are aligned.
The fiber is soft with a lovely sheen and is lovely to use in fiber art, felting, spinning, art batts, silk papers, and more.
The silk does not felt but can be combined with wool to integrate into your felting project.

• Character: Very Smooth, Fine Fiber, Variegated in Color
  
• Form: Thin Top/Sliver   Sliver processed in a way that all the fibers are combed and going in a direction, resulting in a long length
• Content: Recycled Mulberry silk fiber from the making of saris; you may find a few stray threads, but mostly lovely silk fibers
