Living Felt Earth Harmony Foam Pads are made with over 60% bio-based materials, which help us reduce our dependency on fossil fuels, and make a great alternative to petroleum-based polyurethane foams. The eco materials include soy and other products grown by U.S. Farmers (good for them AND their families); this foam is much denser, more firm and longer lasting than many foam alternatives.

For 2D projects on the Foam Pad or WOW Mat, use your fine needles (40 and 42) and focus on felting the wool to the top of your "canvas" (wool felt, linen, etc.) That means shallow pokes. It takes a little practice but keeps more wool on TOP of your picture and pushes less to the BACK...no one sees it there! :)
