*This is a 1/2 ounce bag of our famous MC-1 Wool.
- Character: Medium-Fine Fiber
- Staple Length: Short Staple approx. 1-2 inches with a nice crimp
- Form: Carded batting is processed in a way that all the fibers are going in different directions resulting in a sheet
- Breed: Merino blended with other U.S. raised wools
- Wet Felting: Produces a sturdy, tight wet felt. Works well for wet felting booties, hats, pictures, vessels, etc. Not quite fine enough for drappy wearables.
- Needle Felting: Our favorite fiber for 2D and 3D needle felting! This fiber's short staple length makes needle felting a breeze. Needle felts very smoothly and creates a sturdy felt.
