FIBER LAB - Felting with Angelina

If you have ever been captivated by the sparkle and shimmer of Angelina fiber but were unsure how to actually work it into your felting projects, this Fiber Lab is for you. Today, we will show you how to use Angelina in both needle felting and wet felting to create luminous highlights, sparkling textures, and surface effects that wool alone cannot create.
