ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order moves out of the NEW Status, the fairy crew is working on it and the current status may be viewed under MY ACCOUNT. Depending on order volume, we strive to ship all orders within 2 business days of PROCESSING. Order volume permitting, if item is in stock and ready to ship, our turn around time is most often 1 Business Day. Special orders, large bulky orders, orders with "Made to Order" items such as kits with a lot of customization, and orders requiring fabric cutting may require 1-2 additional business days. If the order will require more than 2 business days to process, we will contact you via our online messaging system and your order status will reflect the current status.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
When an item is out of stock, we will attempt to reach you via our messaging utility and voicemail. If a substitute is not made by the next business day, we will cancel the item and refund your method of payment.

ADDING TO AN ORDER
If your order status is NEW or PREPPING, we “may” be able to add to the order.
Please use the Messaging window under My Account https://feltingsupplies.livingfelt.com/myaccount.asp
or call us during business hours. After hours, it is best to use the online
system for customer service and order issues.
If your order has moved to a different status, we are unable to add to the
order.
Adding items to an order may result in additional shipping, and may add time to process and fulfill the order.
COMBINING ORDERS
If your order status is NEW or PREPPING, we "may" be able to combine orders. However, if there is still time, it is easier to ADD ITEMS to an existing order.
If your order is already being staged/packed, we are unable to combine orders.
Combining orders may add time to your order processing. Depending on order amount and weight, shipping paid on 2nd order may receive partial to full store credit, refunds will not be made to method of payment.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are best estimates and may not be guaranteed by the carrier. Please order with an anticipation of longer delivery times. See more on the USPS Website
Note: Large, over sized or bulk orders of 50 pieces or more, of any single item may be subject to alterations, substitutions or limited color choices. Additional shipping fees may be required after checkout for orders that cannot be packed at the estimated weight, and for all large, oversize or bulk orders of 50 pieces or more. All over sized orders are subject to UPS ground shipping or comparable.
Some items may ship separately from the rest of your order and may ship from a different location; and some items may ship UPS or FedEx. See details on particular items.
Not all items are available for International Shipment.
It is the SOLE responsibility of you the customer to be available to receive your package, to provide a safe place for items to be delivered and to provide a correct shipping address. If carrier attempts to deliver a package but cannot do so because of an incorrect address provided by you the customer, Living Felt is not responsible for tracing, tracking down or resending your order, it is the responsibility of you the customer. If an order is returned to Living Felt, we will contact you the customer for correct shipping information and will resend the order to you. ALL standard shipping charges will apply for reshipping. You may wish to enroll in the free USPS Service called INFORMED DELIVERY
If an order is LEFT at your door (as indicated by the online tracking system) by the carrier and you are not there to receive it or if it is stolen from your doorstep, Living Felt is not responsible for replacing or resending your order or investigating on behalf of you, the customer. Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your shipments and receive them, you may also use the tracking number to communicate with the carrier n your investigation of your missing package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Canadian Orders: Please allow 12+ business days for most orders to Canada. Living Felt does not have any control over the speed at which Canadian orders are delivered. Please order ahead for gifts/ special delivery times etc.
International orders under 4LBS ship First Class International (unless otherwise specified during checkout), over 4LBS ships International Priority Mail. A valid telephone number is required on all International shipments. All International Orders require insurance as we do not always have a direct way to track or retrieve shipping information once a package has reached customs. Once an international order has reached customs it is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain the package and all customs fees or charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A package returned to us due to unpaid customs fees will be treated like a "return". Postage fees will not be refunded. Although we do our best to provide the very best service and assistance for our customers, we have no physical ability or can assume no additional responsibility other than providing our International customs shipping number and information once a package has left our facilities.
International Shipping Times:
During normal conditions, international parcels can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on country and location as well as shipping service chosen. First Class International shipping can take additional time (up to 45 business days at times) Please do not request additional package information as we will not be able to provide it. We have no method and no authority to contact your local International postal service on your behalf.
International Duties:
Canadian customers may opt for pre-paid duties which reduces the transit time, and time in customs.
All International customers are encouraged to watch for customs communications regarding duties that may be required to collect your parcel. If a parcel is returned as a result of unpaid duties, we are unable refund cost of shipping and unable to re-ship.

COST OF SHIPPING
Our shopping cart system has a "Calculate Shipping" feature that will estimate shipping for any items that you add to your cart. International shipments require full address to calculate shipping. Click Proceed to Checkout button and log in or enter billing and shipping info; payment method is not required for calculation. Intl orders over 4lb (2kg) require PRIORITY MAIL; if this ever occurs and you prefer 1st class, state so in the comments of your order and we can put in multiple boxes as needed.
The shipping rate calculated covers only the postage. There may be additional import taxes or duties charged by the destination country. As every country calculates these differently, we have no way to account for them in the shipping rate. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party.
WEATHER & HOLIDAY DELAYS
Sometimes high volume seasons and weather conditions impact order fulfillment and shipping. These situations affect us all. If you search through our 100’s of customer testimonials, we are praised for our fast shipping and attentive customer service. However, we do not and cannot guarantee shipping times for you.
