We stand behind our products, services and customer care 100%. Your felting success, enjoyment and satisfaction with your felting supplies is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your Living Felt order for any reason, simply call us or email within 5 business days of receiving your order and we and will make it right. We ask that all returns be delivered to us within 30 days of receiving the order in new condition with all original packaging. *New condition includes visual presentation, packaging, and the product must be free from odors such as smoke, perfume, and laundry detergents. (Fibers are very absorbent of household odors.)

All return requests beyond the 30 day mark are subject to manager approval and will be applied as a credit minus the 15% restocking fee. No cash refund beyond 30 days. All standard shipping charges will apply for exchanges on non-defective items re-shipped to the customer. Please note: Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any returns that are customer damaged or defective are non-refundable and non returnable.

*Exceptions: Books, Digital Media, Dyes, Products requiring assembly, Custom Cuts of Fabric, products altered by the customer and Special Orders are non-returnable
 
Return shipping charges for non-defective items are at the customer's expense. Returns for non-defective items may incur a stocking fee of 15-20%. Restocking fees generally occur only when an item can no longer be sold as "new".
All items must be returned in sell-able condition. All items shipped in a kit or a bundle must be returned. Items that shipped "free" will have shipping deducted from the refund.

Living Felt is not responsible for damages, losses or breakage during return shipments. Customer must use a trackable shipping method and is 100% responsible for the safe return of any product. Living Felt has the right to refuse damaged returned goods and we have the right to return damaged goods back to the customer without a product refund at our discretion. Living Felt is not responsible for lost returns. No refunds on shipping charges.

CLOSE OUTS and FINAL SALE items may not be returned.
 

Teacher Packs, Discount Bundles, Wholesale and Workshop Packs Returns:
 
We do not accept partial returns from Teacher Packs, Discount Bundles, Wholesale and Workshop packs or other discount programs that may be in place. If you receive a defective item in your discount pack, please contact customer service at [email protected] and we will  replace it immediately for you. If you are returning the entire unused pack, all standard return policies as stated above apply. All items must be in the same condition as received and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A traceable or trackable shipping method must be used to guarantee full credit of return. Living Felt is not responsible for lost returns. No refunds on shipping charges.

Digital Media Returns:
Because of the nature of image files, PDF and video files, computer files and word documents, no electronic media such as Open CD's, DVDs' or Booklet Downloads are returnable or refundable. If you receive a defective CD, DVD or Download, or you cannot get your CD to function properly, please contact us at [email protected] and we will either replace the defective CD for you immediately or we will guide you on how to use the CD in your computer. No refunds or exchanges on open CDs or any digital media or downloads.
