For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Customers will be notified of products that are unavailable at the time of shipping and offered the choice to substitute, cancel the product, or ship the backorderd product when it becomes available. Normal shipping rates apply for all backorded items that customers want shipped. If the customer cannot be reached within 1 business day, we will cancel the backordered item, refund the product price and ship the balance of the order. However, if the backordered item is expected to become available within 2-3 business days, at the customer's request, we will hold the order and ship complete.
