If something, someone or anything here at Living Felt fails to meet your satisfaction, please let us know immediately. We want to hear from you so that we can make things right for you, for your gift recipient, your mom, dad, sister, brother, best friend, whomever!
Our Return Policy
If you don't like something please tell us immediately. Our goal is to make you happy and fix things for both today and tomorrow and we will strive to do everything in our power to make things right. If you want to return something, just contact us first and we will take appropriate action to replace/exchange/refund or whatever it takes to make you happy. We do however ask you to contact us ASAP (preferably within a week or less of receiving your awesome felting supplies) so we can get started on your return. All returns must come back to us within 30 days of receipt of order.
Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if they are not in the same condition as received. Any products that are customer damaged or defective are non returnable.
