We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. A $25 fee is charged on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Customers will be notified of products that are unavailable at the time of shipping and offered the choice to substitute, cancel the product, or ship the backorderd product when it becomes available. Normal shipping rates apply for all backorded items that customers want shipped. If the customer cannot be reached within 1 business day, we will cancel the backordered item, refund the product price and ship the balance of the order. However, if the backordered item is expected to become available within 2-3 business days we will hold the order and ship complete. |

We stand behind our products, services and customer care 100%. Your felting success, enjoyment and satisfaction with your felting supplies is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your Living Felt order for any reason, simply call us or email within 5 business days of receiving your order and we and will make it right for you, no questions asked. We ask that all returns be delivered to us within 30 days of receiving the order. All return requests beyond the 30 day mark are subject to manager approval and will be applied as a credit or exchange only, minus the 15% restocking fee. No refund on exchanges beyond 30 days. All standard shipping charges will apply for exchanges re-shipped to the customer. Please note: Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any returns that are customer damaged or defective are non-refundable and non returnable.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Living Felt is not responsibile for damages, losses or breakage during return shipments. Customer must use a traceable or trackable shipping method and is 100% responsibile for the safe return of any product. Living Felt has the right to refuse damaged returned goods and we have the right to return damaged goods back to the customer without a product refund at our discretion. A traceable or trackable shipping method must be used to guarantee full credit of return. LivingFelt.com is not responsible for lost returns. No refunds on shipping charges.
Teachers, Artist Discounts, Wholesale and Workshop Packs Returns:
We do not accept partial returns from Teachers, Artist Discount, Wholesale and Workshop packs or other discount programs that may be in place. If you receive a defective item in your discount pack, please contact customer service at customerservice@livingfelt.com and we will replace it immediately for you. If you are returning the entire unused pack, all standard return policies as stated above apply. All items must be in the same condition as received and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A traceable or trackable shipping method must be used to guarantee full credit of return. LivingFelt.com is not responsible for lost returns. No refunds on shipping charges.
Digital Media Returns:
Because of the nature of image files, PDF and video files, computer files and word documents, no electronic media such as Open CD's, DVDs' or Booklet Downloads are returnable or refundable. If you receive a defective CD, DVD or Download, or you cannot get your CD to function properly, please contact us at customerservice@livingfelt.com and we will either replace the defective CD for you immediately or we will guide you on how to use the CD in your computer. No refunds or exchanges on open CDs or any digital media or downloads. |

Shipping Time -- For in stock items, we ship all orders SAME DAY if received before 11:00 AM CST and item is in stock. If an order is placed AFTER 11:00 AM CST, we ship either SAME DAY (if possible) or the following business day. Orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day if all items are in stock. We do not backorder items. Although our standard method for shipping Domestic orders is US Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping time), we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please see the USPS Shipping Guidelines for details prior to ordering. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Note: Large, oversized or bulk orders of 50 pieces or more, of any single item may be subject to alterations, substitutions or limited color choices. Additional shipping fees may be required after checkout for all large, oversize or bulk orders of 50 pieces or more. All oversized orders are subject to UPS ground shipping or comparable. It is the SOLE responsibility of you the customer to be available to receive your Priority Mail package by USPS or to provide a safe place for USPS to leave your package. It is the SOLE responsibility of you the customer to provide Living Felt with the correct shipping address. If USPS attempts to deliver a package but cannot do so because of an incorrect address provided by you the customer, Living Felt is not responsible for tracing, tracking down or resending your order, it is the responsibility of you the customer. If an order is returned to Living Felt, we will contact you the customer for correct shipping information and will resend the order to you. ALL standard shipping charges will apply for reshipping. If an order is LEFT at your door (as indicated by the online tracking system) by the USPS and you are not there to receive it or if it is stolen from your doorstep, Living Felt is not responsible for replacing or resending your order or investigating on behalf of you the customer. It is your SOLE responsibility to be available to receive your order from USPS or to provide a safe place for USPS to leave the package. Please use the tracking information provided in your order to communicate with USPS in your investigation of your missing package. Canadian Orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for most orders to Canada. We have experienced shipments as quickly as 4 business days and as long as 21 business days depending on location/region. Living Felt does not have any control over the speed at which Canadian orders are delivered. Please order ahead for gifts/ special delivery times etc. International orders under 4LBS ship First Class International (unless otherwise specified during checkout), over 4LBS ships International Priority Mail. A valid telephone number is required on all International shipments. All International Orders require insurance as we do not always have a direct way to track or retrieve shipping information once a package has reached customs. Once an international order has reached customs it is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain the package and all customs fees or charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Although we do our best to provide the very best service and assistance for our customers, we have no physical ability or can assume no additional responsibility other than providing our International customs shipping number and information once a package has left our facilities. HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUID LINES: (Nov 1st, Feb 1st) At Living Felt, we ship ALL packages within the Continental United states by means of USPS Priority Mail and all International Orders by means of USPS first class International or Priority Mail International: For Continental US orders, according to USPS standard Priority Mail guidelines, this will usually have your package arriving at it’s destination within 2-3 business days (including Saturday) This is NOT a guarantee. Packages can take up to 3 weeks in the busiest of times. Please plan ahead and please order ahead for the Holidays. Once an order has been placed and shipped, Living Felt cannot do anything additional to expedite the shipping process for you and we assume no additional responsibility, nor have any authority for the speed at which your package arrives. We cannot call USPS for you or initiate an investigation for 10 business days after the package has left our facility. All orders are provided insurance and a USPS tracking number. For Holiday International orders, please add 2-3 weeks for shipping times. Note: We have ship 1000’s of orders each year through USPS Priority Mail. Over the past 10 years, every order we have ever shipped with the USPS has arrived safely and timely with only 2% or less (during the busier times of the year) having been delayed. If you search through our 100’s of customer testimonials, we are praised for our fast shipping and attentive customer service. However, we do not and cannot guarantee shipping times for you.
